Home improvised Hamantashen

For the pastry, I followed the recipe given in Second Helpings, with a bit less sugar, and I added a dash of Orange blossom water.

For the filling, I used whatever I could find in the house: figs, apples, honey, and pistachios mostly. In the oven at 350 for 20 minute and voilà! They smell good, they look good, I can’t wait to find out tomorrow night if they also taste good.

Happy Purim to all!
